Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking Electro-Mechanical Assembly positions in Lackawanna County, Archbald. The role involves assembling electronic and mechanical modules, wiring harnesses, and performing precise soldering on micro components.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and experience in wiring, cable assembly, and soldering; a technical degree is desirable. Training on laser wire strippers and coax processing equipment may be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
• Support manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards and miscellaneous assemblies.
• Operate equipment such as laser wire strippers and coax wire processing equipment.
• Assemble, install and terminate complex harness and assemblies.
• Perform detailed soldering on micro and sub miniature components.
• Work from diagrams, drawings, schematics and operation sheets.

• Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables for the building of precision Electro Mechanical Assembly's, wiring of assembly's and sub assembly's and higher skilled soldering operations.
• Supports the manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards and miscellaneous assemblies.
• Ability to operate various equipment such as but not limited to Laser wire strippers, Coax wire processing equipment.
• Also assemble, install and terminate complex harness and assemblies.
• Perform detailed soldering operations on micro and sub miniature components and parts as assigned.
• Works from diagrams, drawings, schematics and operations sheets.
