TOPS Staffing is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician for a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in N. Huntingdon, PA. This role focuses on bench-style assembly of electro-mechanical components for control systems, with opportunities for growth as the company scales.

Ideal candidates have experience in mechanical or production assembly, can use hand and power tools, and are comfortable reading wiring diagrams. Soldering is a plus and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical or production assembly work.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Experience with point-to-point wiring is preferred.
• Soldering experience is a plus.
• Ability to read assembly drawings or wiring diagrams is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench assembly of electro-mechanical components and subassemblies.
• Build mechanical assemblies used in electrical control systems.
• Perform point-to-point wiring based on diagrams and instructions.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Perform basic testing and inspection of assembled components.
