Job summary

Atterro in York, PA is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assemble electro-mechanical systems and machinery using hand tools, power tools, and fixed work instructions, performing quality checks and supporting production goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of mechanical or electrical assembly experience, reads blueprints, and can lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining safety and precision in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical or electrical assembly in industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics or drawings.
• Experience with assembling industrial machinery and related equipment.
• Familiarity with wiring, control panels, sensors, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, measuring devices and basic electrical test equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of basic safety practices and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical systems and industrial machinery per drawings and instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly of frames and subassemblies.
• Install and wire electrical components such as sensors, relays, and motors.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues during assembly and testing.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify proper operation.
• Use tools and test equipment safely and effectively.
• Support modifications, repairs and engineering changes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.
