Job summary

Innomotics in New Kensington, PA is seeking an Assembly Technician to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools and testing equipment. Reports directly to the Production Supervisor.

The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level I will wire and assemble drives and sub-assemblies per blueprints and BOMs, in a team setting, with adherence to safety and ISO procedures. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficient use of basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Wire and assemble drives and sub-assemblies per engineering drawings, wiring schematics and BOMs.
• Use hand and power tools in a team environment.
• Lift and position products using overhead crane and material handling devices.
• Maintain clean and safe work area following safety regulations.
• Assist less experienced associates and participate in Lean improvements.
