Job summary

ManpowerGroup in North Reading, MA is seeking a Production Technician to join its manufacturing support team. You will assist in assembling and handling robotic components and materials, study assembly instructions and blueprints, and move materials to workstations using pallet jacks and carts.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, able to stand 7+ hours, lift 30 pounds, read English instructions, and operate handheld scanners and basic computers.

Qualifications

• Stand 7+ hours per shift.
• Lift at least 30 pounds.
• Read and follow instructions in English.
• Experience with handheld scanners.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of complex electro-mechanical equipment through assembly and material handling
• Study assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to prepare work
• Move, stage, and deliver materials and components to workstations using equipment like pallet jacks and carts
• Assist with inventory management, labeling, and organization of production parts
• Perform quality inspections and document actions accurately in production systems
