Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or repair preferred.

• Ability to read and follow general procedures, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly, testing, and tooling operations with consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components per job orders and drawings.
• Perform light to moderate complexity assembly with fitting, alignment, and adjustment.
• Conduct basic functional testing of assemblies including dielectric and insulation resistance testing.
• Rework and repair non-conforming assemblies per procedures.
• Follow safety policies and participate in required safety training.
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents to supervision.
