Job description

Responsibilities
  • Assemble, wire, & test a variety of standard and non-standard products according to specifications & work instructions
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, inspection plans, and written instructions to ensure proper form, fit, and function.
  • Use measuring, gauging, and hand or power tools to complete work accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete required production and quality documentation, including test records and standard work paperwork.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area
  • Meet production schedules and manufacturing standards while supporting material flow and overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, mechanical assembly, wiring, testing
  • Electrical experience minimum of 1 year.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting ability.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions.
  • Comfort using measuring devices, hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
  • Good math, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
