Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• IPC-610 or J-STD 001 certification preferred.
• Electronics assembly experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components using drawings and job aids to meet customer requirements.
• Perform fine-pitch soldering and BGA rework as needed.
• Carry out assembly tasks per industry and company standards.
• Conduct continuity checks on in-process and final products.
• Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect work and address nonconformances; perform rework when required.
• Record production data accurately in travelers and shop floor systems.
• Collaborate with techs, engineers, and supervisors to improve processes.
• Follow safety, ESD, and cleanliness guidelines.
