Primary Level Salary Range: $46,700.00 - $77,900.00, with opportunities for overtime and discretionary bonuses based on market conditions and performance.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED with 4 years of assembly or electronic experience; or an associate degree in electronics/technical discipline
• Experience soldering at a Class 2 level
• Experience following written directions and drawings
• Ability to move objects up to 40 pounds
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• U.S. citizenship
• Willing to travel
• Willing to work second shift if necessary

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components using drawings and job aids to meet customer requirements.
• Perform processes including fine-pitch soldering, BGA rework, and wire harness fabrication as needed.
• Follow industry and company standards for assembly work.
• Conduct continuity checks on in-process and completed work.
• Operate production equipment safely (soldering, crimp tools, microscopes, ovens).
• Inspect workmanship and comply with build documentation; perform rework when required.
• Record production data in travelers and shop floor systems.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to clarify build instructions.
• Adhere to safety, ESD, and cleanliness guidelines.
• Complete in-house workmanship training classes.
