Ralliant is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to build electro-mechanical products and contribute to continuous improvement on the shop floor. You will follow work instructions, inspect parts, and document production data.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and lean practices; you will work in a fast-paced environment, participate in root-cause analysis, and support standard work updates and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and finished goods according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform calibration, testing, and inspection to ensure products meet quality standards and functional requirements.
• Read and interpret product documentation, including drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Complete required production reporting, checklists, and system transactions accurately.
• Follow established standard work with consistency and attention to detail.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies in current processes.
