Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Learning Lean manufacturing and ability to learn different product lines.
• Time management to work in fixed capacity production line.

Responsibilities

• Function in Lean manufacturing environment, adding value by reducing waste.
• Understands Assemble/test parts using drawings, bill of materials.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools, may require use of specialized tools.
• Follow documented procedures in fitting, adjusting and proper functioning of parts.
• Meet job completion and ship dates.
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the production supervisor.
• Maintain good housekeeping of area.
• Assist in other manufacturing cells as required.
• Assembly requires medium to heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
