Job summary

Element Electronics is seeking an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to improve manual assembly processes and production efficiency. You will apply Lean methods and data-driven analysis to optimize line layouts, workflow, and labor utilization.

You will develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, support new product introductions and production runs, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to enhance safety, quality and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related engineering field.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
• Hands-on manual assembly experience; Lean methods knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Improve manual assembly processes, production efficiency, line layouts and workflow.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and support new product introductions.
