Job summary

Modular Mission Critical is seeking an Assembler 2 to perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly on our production lines. You will read drawings, route cables, and help produce high-quality hardware under supervision, with opportunities to gain independence over time.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2+ years in assembly, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with hand tools and basic wiring tasks. On-site work and safety-focused collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2+ years of assembly or relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with standard hand tools and basic wiring tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on routine assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly using a variety of hand and power tools with moderate supervision.
• Complete basic wiring tasks, including cable routing and simple terminations, in accordance with diagrams and standards.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, wire lists, and other documentation to complete assigned tasks.
• Identify and communicate issues, defects, or inconsistencies in components or documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on routine assembly problems and elevate when needed.
• Maintain organized work areas, manage materials, and support workflow efficiency.
• Assist in training or guiding Assembler 1 employees on basic tasks and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure assemblies meet production and quality requirements.
