Job summary

Modular Mission Critical is seeking an Assembler 3 for our production lines near Richmond, VA. You will perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical assembly, interpret complex drawings, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement with a skilled team.

The role requires a high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong tool skills, and the ability to work with precision, sometimes overtime, in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 3+ years assembly or relevant experience.
• Ability to read complex drawings, diagrams and schematics.
• Proficient in advanced wiring, termination, and mechanical assembly.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute complex assembly tasks from drawings with minimal supervision.
• Perform advanced wiring and terminations in line with standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues; escalate non-standard problems.
• Guide Assembler 1–2 peers in tools, techniques, and safe work practices.
• Conduct self-quality checks and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with team to ensure sequencing, material readiness, and workflow.
• Communicate technical information clearly to peers and leads.
