The Panther Group in Massachusetts is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler II to build complex electro-mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems used in regulated products. You will follow drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials to assemble subassemblies and finished goods.

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to read assembly instructions, blueprints, and specifications.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
  • Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble complex subassemblies and finished products according to work instructions, drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical panel assembly as required.
  • Integrate electrical and mechanical components into finished assemblies.
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues using established procedures.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measuring equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Perform basic testing and calibration activities when required.
  • Accurately complete production documentation and electronic transactions.
  • Identify, document, and report quality concerns.
  • Maintain material traceability and follow established manufacturing procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
  • Support team objectives through collaboration, cross-training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Package finished products according to specifications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler IIWe are seeking experienced Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will build and assemble complex electro-mechanical, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems used in highly regulated products.
