Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Springfield, OH. The role involves assembling electrical and mechanical components according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.

You will read blueprints, use measuring instruments, and follow all safety and quality procedures while maintaining a clean, organized work area on a first shift, Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

  • Experience in electro-mechanical assembly preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics and drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly techniques.
  • Ability to use measuring instruments and perform basic shop math.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and complete machine systems
  • Mount components to equipment frames, assemblies, and control panels according to specifications
  • Install, route, and connect wiring harnesses, terminals, and electrical components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
  • Adapt assembly processes to accommodate variations in parts, wiring configurations, and build requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Electro-Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and equipment according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Duties
  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and complete machine systems
  • Mount components to equipment frames, assemblies, and control panels according to specifications
  • Install, route, and connect wiring harnesses, terminals, and electrical components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
  • Adapt assembly processes to accommodate variations in parts, wiring configurations, and build requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Schedule
  • Full-time position
  • First Shift
  • Monday through Thursday
  • Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Optional overtime available on Fridays
