Job summary

Ingram Micro seeks a Warehouse Associate, Configuration to assemble, wire, solder, test, and troubleshoot electronic and electro‑mechanical assemblies per specifications. You will read drawings, install components, inspect quality, and resolve defects to meet requirements.

You will work with the team, follow procedures, and support production with training and process improvements, ensuring accurate results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electronics/electro-mechanical assembly experience or 3+ years with an associate degree.
• Hands-on electronic assembly, wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Ability to read and follow drawings, specs, and procedures.
• Experience troubleshooting assembly defects and equipment issues.
• Understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies per specs and procedures.
• Perform hand soldering, wiring, and component installation with proper tools.
• Inspect assemblies for fit, function, quality, and tolerances.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct defects and malfunctions.
• Disassemble, rework, and repair products to meet requirements.
• Follow quality control, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist with test kits and related equipment preparation.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced employees.
