Job summary

Ingram Micro is actively seeking an experienced assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble electronic or electro-mechanical products following specifications, wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing procedures to ensure tolerances are met.

The role may involve disassembling and correcting malfunctions and assembling test kits or packing/labeling tasks. Candidates typically hold a two-year degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in a similar function, or a high

Qualifications

Two year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 year experience in functional area.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

Responsibilities

Assembles electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies or products according to product specifications.
Follows established procedures and applies knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing to assemble units.
May disassemble and correct malfunctions.
Other responsibilities may include the assembly of test kits or other packing/labeling tasks.
