Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, or wire diagrams.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble test equipment, data acquisition systems, cables, harnesses and PCB assemblies.
• Layout electrical shelves and panels for test equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify, define and solve assembly issues.
• Modify prototypes, parts, assemblies and systems to correct defects.
• Test completed assemblies to ensure proper operation.
• Obtain and maintain IPC certifications: J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620.
• Follow and maintain company documentation standards.
• Maintain inventory and tools; ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Promote continuous improvement through participation and teamwork.
• Infrequently travel to company and customer sites primarily within the northeast US.
