Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking an Assembly Technician in Southington, CT to ensure proper operation of automatic and semi-automatic assembly equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to support continuous production.

The role requires knowledge of electronics, mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics, plus hands-on ability with changeovers and documentation. A HS diploma and up to 3 years of manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical schooling is a plus.
• Up to 3 years manufacturing experience with automated equipment.
• Proficiency in electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated and semi-automated equipment.
• Perform machine setup and changeovers.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain 5S standards in work areas.
• Document process parameters and traceability.
• Assist with training of new Technicians.
