Job summary

Teledyne Micropac is seeking a seasoned assembler and machine operator for diverse electronic, electro-mechanical, and precision assembly tasks. Training starts on First Shift, then moves to Second Shift with a 6% premium after training completion.

You will follow drawings, operate bonding equipment, perform quality checks, and work with engineers to ensure strict specifications are met, using microscopes for delicate assembly work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and basic computer skills.
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing assembly or cleanroom experience.
• Ability to read engineer drawings, work instructions, and BOMs.
• Experience with small parts, tools, and microscopes.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities

• Follow production drawings, procedures, and work instructions precisely.
• Operate bonding equipment for thermosonic wire and aluminum wire bonding.
• Perform quality checks throughout manufacturing.
• Collaborate with teammates and engineers to meet specifications.
• Inspect finished assemblies under microscopes for compliance.
• Assist with training as needed.
