Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on assembly in aerospace/defense/industry.
• Proficient with crimping, soldering, torque tools and Kaizen/6S.
• High school diploma; IPC 610/OSHA 10 or certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire complex electromechanical systems per blueprints and BOMs.
• Read schematics, install LEDs, push buttons, connectors, and housings.
• Route, dress, strip, and crimp wires; perform inspections and document results.
• Support continuous improvement and safe, efficient production.
