Job summary

DwyerOmega, a global manufacturer of instrumentation solutions, seeks an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in our production team. You will perform light to moderate assembly work, follow drawings and job orders, and ensure components meet design and performance requirements.

We value manual dexterity, safe work practices, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. This hourly, full-time position follows a four-10 AWS schedule, with shifts starting early as needed.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in electro-mechanical assembly or repair preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude with hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow general procedures, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize parts and components prior to assembly.
• Assemble electro-mechanical components with fitting, alignment, and adjustment per orders and drawings.
• Conduct basic functional testing of assemblies, including dielectric and insulation tests.
• Rework and repair non-conforming assemblies per procedures.
• Follow all safe work practices and safety policies.
• Participate in required safety training.
• Report unsafe conditions, near misses, or accidents to supervision.
