Job summary

DwyerOmega is hiring an Assembler to perform electro‑mechanical assembly for light to moderate complexity products. The role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Shifts may follow an AWS schedule and involve 4x10 hour workdays. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and be able to read drawings and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in electro-mechanical assembly or repair preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and use of hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow procedures, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize parts prior to assembly.
• Assemble electro-mechanical components to light–moderate complexity.
• Perform basic functional testing and dielectric/insulation checks.
• Rework non-conforming assemblies per procedures.
• Follow safety policies and participate in training.
