Qualificações

• Strong mechanical background required.
• Customer focus is essential.
• Ability to identify problems and contribute to process improvements.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).

Responsabilidades

• Build devices per drawing, routing and work instructions.
• Assemble components to form sub-assemblies or completed assemblies using hand tools and soldering irons.
• Maintain consistent quality and productivity levels.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain equipment and 5S in the work area.
• Cross-train new and current employees on assembly lines.
• Identify problems and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform quality checks per inspection and control plans.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment.
• Work as part of a team and collaborate to accomplish tasks.
• Overtime as needed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Traverse production floor for shift duration (up to 12 hours).
• Obtain L3Harris J-STD-001 Certification within first 90 days.
