In this position, you will assemble, repair, and inspect high-reliability components under a microscope, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and engineering specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Precision Soldering & Assembly
  Perform fine-pitch soldering and assembly of small mechanical and electronic components using microscopes and magnification tools, ensuring precise alignment and high-quality workmanship.
• Technical Interpretation
  Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions to ensure accurate assembly and compliance with specifications.
• Quality Inspection & Control
  Inspect completed assemblies for defects, dimensional accuracy, and functionality using precision measurement tools and visual inspection techniques.
• Tool & Equipment Operation
  Utilize specialized hand tools, fixtures, and equipment designed for small-part assembly and high-precision work.
• Cleanroom & Workspace Standards

Base Pay Range: $20.44 - $34.76 Per Hour
