Qualifications

• Proven experience in precision soldering, micro-assembly, or electronics repair.
• Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling delicate, small components.
• Ability to work effectively under a microscope or magnification tools for extended periods.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, defect-free work.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform fine-pitch soldering and assembly of small components using microscopes and magnification tools.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Inspect completed assemblies for defects and functionality using precision measurement tools.
• Utilize hand tools and fixtures designed for high-precision small-part work.
• Maintain a cleanroom-style, organized workspace following 5S practices.
• Support lean manufacturing by proposing improvements to quality and efficiency.
