Qualifications

• Proven experience in precision soldering, micro-assembly, or electronics repair.
• Excellent manual dexterity and steady hands for small components.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods.
• Experience with precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform fine-pitch soldering and assembly of small components using microscopes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Inspect assemblies for defects and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Operate hand tools and fixtures for high-precision work.
• Maintain a cleanroom-like work environment and follow 5S principles.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements.
