• Precision Assembly: Build electronic, mechanical, and sub-assembly units using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and SOPs.
• Quality & Inspection: Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers and gauges to spot defects.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct basic functional tests and flag potential issues before products leave the station.
• Documentation & Safety: Maintain precise production logs and quality records while keeping the workstation clean and safe.
• Team Collaboration: Work with a 45-person production team to meet daily schedules and output goals.

Work Schedule

Enjoy a favorable work-life balance with our structured schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:0 AM – 5:30 PM (9-hour shift; includes 30-minute lunch)
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4-hour shift)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Precision Assembly: Build electronic, mechanical, and sub-assembly units using hand tools, power tools, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Quality & Inspection: Perform visual and dimensional inspections using tools like calipers and gauges to spot defects or inconsistencies.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct basic functional tests and flag potential technical issues before products leave your station.
• Documentation & Safety: Maintain precise production logs and quality records while keeping your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside a 45-person production team to meet daily schedules, communicate material shortages, and hit output goals.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on mechanical/electronic assembly experience (high-tech manufacturing preferred).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using hand tools, precision measuring tools, and soldering/crimping equipment.
• Blueprint Literacy: Proven ability to read and execute technical drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, perform repetitive tasks, and lift materials standard for a manufacturing floor throughout your shift.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, clear communication, and a strong team-first mindset.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement principles.
• Expertise building complex sub-assemblies directly from Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Hands-on mastery of torque tools, calipers, and advanced inspection instruments.
