Advantage Technical is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Franklin, MA. The role focuses on assembling electronic and mechanical components in a hands-on manufacturing environment, following engineering drawings and BOMs.

A strong background in electrical and mechanical assembly is required. The position requires 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, ability to read schematics, and knowledge of IPC-A-610/IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience with electrical and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read assembly procedures, engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• J-STD-001 experience is a plus.
• Hand soldering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electronic and mechanical components according to technical specifications.
• Complete manufacturing tasks using engineering notes, drawings, and schematics.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly with accuracy and urgency.
• Maintain complete and accurate cGMP documentation.
• Plan work assignments to meet production schedules and quality goals.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety procedures.

Pay Rate: $25.00-$27.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift

Put your electro-mechanical assembly experience to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment where precision, quality, and technical skill matter. We're seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler with a strong background in electrical and mechanical assembly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and must be verifiable.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience with electrical and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read assembly procedures, engineering drawings, schematics, and bills of material (BOM).
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• J-STD-001 experience is a plus.
• Hand soldering experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, torque tools, soldering equipment, measuring tools, and basic shop math.
