Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is partnering with an Agricultural Equipment manufacturer in Central Wisconsin near Marshfield to hire an Electro/Hydraulic Engineer. You will develop hydraulic and electrical systems, size motors and hydraulic lines, and create electrical/hydraulic schematics using Zuken E3 and SolidWorks/Creo, in collaboration with software and mechanical engineers.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is strongly preferred; visa/relocation assistance is limited.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Control/Automation/Mechanical engineering.
• Proficient with Zuken E3, SolidWorks/Creo, Windchill/PDM.
• Experience with 8D problem solving.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our client, an Agricultural Equipment manufacturing company, is seeking an Electro/Hydraulic Engineer to join their team. As an Electro/Hydraulic Engineer, you will be part of the New Product Engineering Team supporting Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing Hydraulic systems and playing an active role in that development. The right candidate will have expectations of working on electrical systems of the product as well. Zuken3 software will be used for schematic design and wire harness design. A significant amount of your duties will revolve around component sizing such as motor sizing or hydraulic line sizing as well as designing 3D routings. Need a problem solver familiar with 8D problem solving. This. role is a direct hire status and is in the middle of Central Wisconsin near Marshfield. Our client is not considering candidates with visa requirements and relocation assistance in some form will be provided. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop hydraulic and electrical systems to meet product requirements.
• Solve problems as they relate to these systems.

• Create and maintain in Zuken E3 and Solidworks/Creo systems the electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Design 3D routings with Mechanical Engineers for the best routing path, including defining attachment points

Requirements

• 5+ Years’ experience with a proven track record of completing projects in the electrical and hydraulic domains
• Education: Bachelor’s in electrical, Control/Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
• Core Experience: Zuken E3, Windchill/Solidworks PDM, 3D routing tools
• Protocols & Tools: CAN bus, J1939 (ISOBUS/ISO11783 preferred); (Codebeamer/Polarion; Office tools).
• Domain Exposure: Agricultural machinery, off‑highway, automotive, or mechatronic systems.
