Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s client in Marshfield, WI is seeking an Electro/Hydraulic Engineer to join the New Product Engineering Team. You will develop hydraulic and electrical systems, size components, and create 3D routings using Zuken E3 and SolidWorks/Creo, collaborating with software engineers.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical and hydraulic domains with a BS in engineering. Visa sponsorship is not offered; relocation assistance may be provided. Competitive pay up to $115k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical and hydraulic domains.
• Experience with Zuken E3, Windchill/SolidWorks PDM, and 3D routing tools.
• Familiarity with CAN bus and J1939 protocols (ISOBUS/ISO11783 preferred).
• Agricultural machinery or mechatronic systems exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop hydraulic and electrical systems to meet product requirements.
• Solve problems related to these systems and collaborate with software engineers on system needs.
• Create and maintain electrical/hydraulic schematics in Zuken E3 and SolidWorks/Creo.
• Design 3D routings with Mechanical Engineers to optimize routing paths.
• Define attachment points and assist in motor/hydraulic line sizing.
