Job summary

ABB Electrification US is seeking a Talent & Learning Partner to shape leadership development across five divisions, supporting more than 8,000 employees nationwide with a hybrid work model centered near Cary, NC.

You will partner with HRBPs and global teams to design, scale, and continuously improve talent programs across the US talent lifecycle, from early identification to senior succession readiness, while defining metrics and tracking progress for impact and investment optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Program/Project Management.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement talent or learning programs in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Proven track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience with talent management tools and processes: succession planning, talent review, development plan frameworks, and competency-based development.
• Fluency in English; authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Shape talent and leadership development across ABB Electrification US.
• Partner with HRBPs, US EL HR leaders, and global teams to design, scale, and improve talent and leadership development programs.
• Oversee the full talent lifecycle from early pipeline through senior succession readiness.
• Define and manage US-level leadership development strategy and track high-potential talent.
• Scale programs and develop US-specific initiatives to maximize development impact.
• Ensure talent data accuracy and track key metrics across systems.
