Job summary

Ziegler Energy Solutions, part of the Ziegler Companies family, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support electrification projects from planning through commissioning. The role requires on-site work in Monticello, MN and up to 10% travel.

You will assist project managers with scheduling, procurement, documentation, and status reporting for solar, BESS, EV charging, and microgrid projects. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in project coordination, strong organizational skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical construction, renewable energy systems, EV charging infrastructure, or related construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers during planning, estimating, and pre-construction activities.
• Assist with site walkthroughs, documentation, material takeoffs, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain project records, files, meeting notes, and project-related documentation.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, customers, subcontractors, utilities, and permitting agencies.
• Assist with developing and updating project schedules using MS Project or similar software.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, procurement activities, and equipment deliveries.
