Job summary

A&F Electrical Construction, Inc. is opening a new Sonoma Division and seeks a Lead Journeyman Electrician to build the team from the ground up.

You will lead by example, mentor apprentices, and grow into division leadership while delivering high-end commercial and residential wiring in Napa Valley and related regions. This full-time, hourly role offers clear growth, a defined leadership path, and compensation from $45 to $65 per hour ($93,600 to $135,200 annually) depending on experience.

Qualifications

• California-certified General Electrician (journeyman) or actively certified and able to verify status
• Significant commercial and/or high-end residential electrical experience (winery and tenant-improvement work a strong plus)
• Proven ability to run work independently, read plans and specs, and coordinate with GCs, superintendents, office staff, and clients
• Leads by example and wants to mentor and develop others
• Character, professionalism, and leadership first — years of experience matter, but these matter more

• Location:Sonoma & Napa Counties, growing into Marin — North Bay–based
• Pay:$45–$65/hour, depending on experience and leadership ability (full-time, hourly; defined growth path into division leadership)
