Job summary

A&F Electric is Napa Valley's premier electrical contractor seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our field teams. This full-time role focuses on winery electrical distribution, lighting, process systems, commercial tenant improvements, and luxury residential projects in Napa and surrounding areas.

You will work on high-end projects, uphold safety and quality standards, and have a clear path for growth within a well-run shop that's been serving the valley for 20+ years.

Qualifications

• Must hold Journeyman Electrician license (CA preferred; reciprocity considered).
• Proven hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, or high-end residential electrical work.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and doing it right the first time.
• Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work on winery electrical distribution, lighting, and process systems.
• Perform commercial tenant improvements and high-end residential projects in Napa.

Journeyman Electrician - Electrical Construction

Full-Time | Napa Valley, CA

$45-$60/hr DOE | $93,600 - $124,800 annually

A&F Electric is Napa Valley's premier electrical contractor. We run a professional, well-organized shop and we're adding experienced journeymen to our field teams.

Experienced only. This is not an entry-level opportunity.

• Winery electrical - distribution, lighting, process systems

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman Electrician license (CA preferred; out-of-state with reciprocity considered)
• Proven hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, or high-end residential electrical work
• Commitment to safety, quality, and doing it right the first time
• Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently when the job calls for it
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
