This role involves mentoring, feedback, and aligning coursework with industry needs. No prior teaching experience is required; we support your transition with mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications

• Two-year diploma in an electrician program or completion of a registered electrician apprenticeship program.
• Four full-time (or equivalent) years of verified related paid work experience as a licensed electrician in residential and commercial.
• One year of this work experience shall be within the five years preceding the credential field; waiver if two years of successful teaching experience within last five years.
• State of Minnesota Class A Journeyman Electrician License

Responsibilities

• Teach hands-on electrical trade skills in classroom and lab settings.
