Qualifications

• Two-year diploma in an electrician program or completion of a registered electrician apprenticeship program.
• Four full-time (or equivalent) years of verified related paid work experience as a licensed electrician in residential and commercial.
• State of Minnesota Class A Journeyman Electrician License.
• Official transcripts required at the time of hire.
• No prior teaching experience required; willingness to develop teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach hands-on electrical skills, safety standards, and real-world problem solving.
