Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license required (Colorado or reciprocal state).
• For Electrician III, Master Electrician license required (Colorado or reciprocal state).

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff day-to-day as needed by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of electrical systems in City facilities.
• Inspect and test electrical equipment, elevators, fire alarm panels, security systems, and emergency generators.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and ordinances; coordinate with contractors and other departments.
