Zusammenfassung

Schwan's Company is seeking an experienced maintenance technician in Kentucky to assemble and repair printed circuit boards, monitor electrical systems and calibrate instruments. The role requires reading schematics, writing PLC logic, and performing preventive maintenance in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree in specialized maintenance trade preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in maintenance/electrical roles.
• Ability to work varying hours including full-time, overtime or weekends.

• Builds printed circuit boards and electronic sub-assemblies; design and select components for applications.
• Assist in fabrication of electrical/electronic systems and test final assemblies.
• Perform periodic inspections of scales, meters, controllers, recorders, and related devices.
• Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate control and recording; replace/adjust equipment as needed.
• Perform PMs, inspections and verifications on control components.
• Maintain material lists and assist in purchasing requests.
• Modify and write PLC drive logic; assist in diagnosing electrical/mechanical issues.
• Read schematics and diagrams for maintenance or installation of plant equipment.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical/electronic equipment; manage network communications.

What You Will Do:

• Builds printed circuit boards, and electronic sub-assemblies. Constructs discrete or integrated electronic circuits. Calculates resistance, loads, currents and component sizes appropriate to the application.

• May assist in the fabrication of electrical and electronic systems and tests final assemblies.

• Performs periodic inspections of all scales, meters, controllers, recorders, and any other measuring devices used in the production of product or in facility support systems.

• Calibrates instruments to control or record accurately. Replaces, repairs and adjusts accompanying equipment to perform as designed.

• Performs PMs, inspections and verifications on all control components.

• Maintains material lists and assists in preparing purchasing requests.

• Modifies and writes logic control programs. Assists in the diagnosis of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and similar problems and apply appropriate corrective action.

• Reads and interprets schematic drawings and diagrams required to perform maintenance on, or install plant equipment.

• Performs installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting on electrical and electronics equipment, as assigned.

• Performs frequency drives, writes drive logic in PLC code, creates HMI applications uploads and downloads PLC programs and HMI applications, programs ladder logic to troubleshoot equipment, integrates new processes into equipment, sets up network communications and sets up advanced routing of Ethernet

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma or GED; two-year degree in specialized maintenance trade preferred.

• 3+ years of related experience.

• Work different ranges of hours such as full-time, overtime, or weekend shifts.

• Advanced electrical and maintenance knowledge/experience.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
