FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an Electrician Foreman for South Amboy, NJ. You will supervise electricians, plan layouts from blueprints, and ensure work adheres to NEC, codes, and safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years as an electrician with at least 2 years in supervision, plus a valid electrical license. A career growth path and company vehicle or allowance are included within a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an electrician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid Georgia Electrician License and/or Journeyman Certification.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians and helpers on job sites, ensuring work is safe and codes-compliant.
• Plan and lay out project work from blueprints and directives.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet NEC and local codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality control.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment to maintain efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
