Qualifications include an accredited electrical apprenticeship, a valid journeyman license, and 4+ years in related settings.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program is required.
• Valid state-issued Electrical Journeyman license.
• 4+ years of electrical experience, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems for commercial HVAC and mechanical projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Perform electrical wiring, conduit installation, panel work, and terminations per NEC and local codes.
• Test electrical systems and components for proper function and safety.
• Mentor apprentices and collaborate with foremen and project managers.
