Qualifications

• Lockout/Tag-out procedures experience.
• Ability to work rotating on-call schedule.
• Must have valid Driver’s License for state of residency and be insurable under Tribal policy.
• Must pass a thorough background check including Criminal History and fingerprint check.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Position Summary

Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment in Tribal buildings and Tribal member residences, troubleshooting and correcting safety hazards. This position is a grade N15; pay is $35.96/hour.

Education And Experience

• Must have a High School diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have 4 years of electrical experience.
• Must be a Licensed Journeyman Electrician in the State of Colorado or obtain licensure within first 3 months of employment.
• Must have experience in lockout/tag-out procedures.
• Must be able to work a rotating on-call schedule.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License for state of residency and be insurable under the Tribal Vehicle Insurance policy.
• Must pass a thorough background check including Criminal History and fingerprint check.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance of pressure vessels, boilers, hot water tanks, gas and water piping valves.
