Qualifications

• Credentials: Enrolled in or eligible for an Apprentice Electrician program (Texas Apprentice License preferred).
• Experience: 0–2+ years of construction/electrical work is a plus but not required.
• Mindset: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Communication: Good directions-following and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Field Support: Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and general electrical tasks.
• Installation Assistance: Pulling wire, mounting equipment, setting up battery systems, preparing job sites.
• Quality & Compliance Support: Follow instructions to meet inspection requirements and quality standards.
• On-Site Learning: Learn from experienced electricians to build practical skills.
• Tool & Material Management: Organize tools, stage materials, keep sites clean and safe.
• Emergent Support: Support after-hours or weekend needs as required.
