Qualifications

• Enrolled in or eligible for an Apprentice Electrician program (Texas Apprentice License preferred).
• 0–2+ years of construction, electrical, or hands-on trade experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a 'do it right' attitude.
• Ability to follow directions, ask good questions, and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and general electrical tasks.
• Help with pulling wire, mounting equipment, and preparing job sites.
• Follow instructions to ensure installs meet inspection requirements.
• Work alongside experienced electricians to build practical skills.
• Help manage tools and materials, keeping job sites clean and safe.
• Participate in occasional after-hours or weekend work as needed.
