Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking an Electrical Helper to support installation, repair and maintenance across residential, commercial and industrial facilities. The role involves assisting in conduit bending, raceway installation, and wiring tasks under supervision.

Applicants must be 18+, able to read and write English, and provide own hand tools. A Texas Electrical Apprentice License is required; OSHA 10 is a plus. Willingness to travel to job sites and comply with safety standards is essential.

Responsibilities

Assist in installing electrical raceway systems (rigid aluminum, galvanized steel, PVC).
Assist electrician with bending conduit and pulling conductors.
Install light fixtures and start/stop stations; operate hand and power tools safely.
Follow OSHA Electrical Safe Work Practices and use PPE as required.
Read and interpret drawings and specs; work within precise standards.
