Job summary

ove is seeking an Apprentice to work on installation, alteration, addition and/or repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. The role requires following directions, using hand tools, maintaining safety standards, and learning to interpret construction documents.

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and be able to pass random drug screens. Must have a valid driver`s license and reliable transportation to various sites, with potential overtime and night

Qualifications

Must possess a high school diploma, GED or high school equivalent.
Capable of following directions.
Ability to pass random drug screening tests.
Attend instructional classes as required by supervisor.
Ability to take and act upon verbal and written direction.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care of tools and equipment.
Understand language, nomenclature and terms associated with construction documents.
Demonstrate skills in the proper selection of and use of tools on the job.
Produce a quantity of work equal to the job requirements of the company’s standards.
Produce a quality work that meets or exceeds the National Electrical Code requirements and the company’s standards.
Maintain a positive attitude toward completing a given job and complying with all company’s policies.
