Job summary

Marquee Asset Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrician for Paradise Valley-based luxury new construction projects. You will install and connect electrical systems, read plans, and ensure safety and high-quality workmanship across upscale homes.

The role requires NEC knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to supervise helpers. Travel to job sites and a commitment to clean, professional work is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the electrical trade.
• Knowledge of the electrical industry and NEC codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Install and connect electrical systems in luxury new construction homes.
• Read and interpret plans and blueprints.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and professional work with clean work areas.
• Mentor and supervise electrician helpers and provide training.
• Travel to Maricopa, Arizona or job sites as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job description

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Looking for an experienced Electrician.
• Experienced in new construction - Luxury Homes
• Experienced in underground electrical.
• Experienced with installation and connecting electrical systems including wiring, switches, outlets, lights, fixtures, circuit breakers and other electrical components.
• Knowledge and compliance with NEC codes.
• Able to read and interpret plans.
  
• Ensure that all electrical work is performed in a safe, efficient, and professional manner and that all work areas are left clean and tidy after completion.
• Mentoring and supervising electrician helpers, providing guidance and training as needed.
  
• Reliable transportation to Maricopa, Arizona.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 5+ years of experience
• Must have knowledge of the electrical industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to handle physical labor and strenuous tasks.
  
• Regularly talk and/or hear.
• Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.
• Occasionally required to but not limited to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
• Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment.
• Must be able to position oneself to work in confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, attics, and tunnels.
• Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move at least 50 pounds regularly/occasionally
• Must be able to respond quickly to sounds.Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
• Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations.
• Must be able to safely climb ladders while carrying up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
• Must be able to work in hot and cold environments and on concrete floors.
