Job Description

Inpro is seeking a skilled Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems within our facilities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safe, reliable, and code‑compliant electrical operations across our buildings and equipment.

Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in industrial and commercial buildings.
  • Install conduit and piping to safely house electrical wiring and cables.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable electrical codes, including NEC standards.
  • Install, connect, and maintain circuit breakers, panels, and related electrical hardware.
  • Connect electrical systems to power sources and verify proper functionality.
  • Test and inspect electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Diagnose electrical issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Replace wiring, conduit, and circuit breakers as needed.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, test meters, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship and a valid electrician’s license required. Five or more years of relevant experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to distinguish color‑coded wiring.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders or scaffolding for extended periods.
  • Physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduit.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
