Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Residential Electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. This full-time role offers competitive pay, a company-provided vehicle, and opportunities to grow across multiple states.

You will diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems, mentor Apprentices, ensure code compliance, and document work using company software.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Residential electrical experience required
• Applicable state and local electrical licenses
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of residential electrical systems, installation methods, and codes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use mobile technology for documentation and invoicing

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and components
• Troubleshoot wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related equipment
• Inspect electrical systems and recommend safety improvements
• Educate homeowners on electrical system operation, maintenance, and repair options
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with codes
• Mentor and support Apprentice Electricians as needed
• Accurately document completed work using company software
